EPM Business Profile Automation Usage Terms

Purpose and eligible users

EPM n8n Google Business Automation is an operational tool for Elite Pavement Maintenance LLC and operators EPM authorizes. It is not offered as a public subscription service. Operators must have permission to manage the business profile and use the photos they submit.

Authorization and review

Connecting a Google account authorizes the configured integration. It does not approve individual marketing content or override EPM's review controls. Operators must confirm the intended account, location, photos and release approval before initiating a publishing action. A changed final blog URL or changed approved content requires a fresh review under EPM's workflow controls.

Operation and duplicate prevention

Google controls API approval, quotas and availability. Access or uploads may fail or be delayed. An unresolved upload result must be reconciled with Google before another attempt is made. Operators must not bypass upload reservations or run competing releases against the same photos.

Access and third-party services

Operators must protect their connected accounts and use the tool only within EPM's authorization. Google and n8n services remain subject to their applicable terms. Disconnection and support
