At Elite Pavement Maintenance, owner Brandon Parsons remains actively involved in the day-to-day operations of the company. From meeting with customers and preparing estimates to overseeing projects and working alongside the crew, Brandon is committed to ensuring every job meets the company's high standards. Being hands-on throughout the entire process allows us to deliver consistent quality, maintain clear communication, and provide every customer with the level of service we'd expect ourselves.

After testing products from nearly every major asphalt sealer manufacturer, we've developed a premium hybrid blend that consistently delivers the best results. Our crews apply a custom 50/50 mix of Brewer Poly-Cote and Guard-Cote, enhanced with a DiamondShield fortifier additive to improve durability, wear resistance, and long-term performance. We refuse to cut corners by using cheaper materials because we want every parking lot we maintain to provide the longest-lasting protection and the best value for our customers.
