EPM Business Profile Automation Privacy Policy

Scope and operator

This policy covers the Google Business connection used by EPM n8n Google Business Automation, operated by Elite Pavement Maintenance LLC. Other EPM website features and separately authorized integrations are outside this policy's scope.

Information processed

The connection processes Google Business account and location identifiers and information returned by the account and location checks. For approved photo delivery, it processes EPM's selected project photos, file identifiers, destination identifiers, Google upload responses and operational status records. Google OAuth access and refresh credentials are handled by the configured n8n credential connection. This application does not collect Google account passwords.

Purpose and permissions

The information is used to identify the authorized EPM business, send approved photos to the correct business profile, record results and help prevent duplicate uploads. The Google Business management permission authorizes the connection; EPM's separate review and release controls determine which configured actions may run.

Service providers and publication

Google and n8n process the information needed to provide the connection. Approved project photos may be stored in EPM's Google Drive and delivered through an n8n image URL that Google can retrieve. A person who obtains such an image URL may be able to retrieve that photo. Photos uploaded to a Google Business Profile may become publicly visible under Google's service behavior. Authorized EPM operators and authorized maintenance providers may inspect operational records to support and troubleshoot the system.

Use restrictions

EPM uses information obtained through this Google Business connection for its business-profile operations and support. EPM does not sell that information, use it for advertising targeting, or use it to train generalized artificial-intelligence models. EPM's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements: https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy

Storage, access and retention

Connection credentials are stored in n8n's credential system. Workflow data, execution history, upload records and backups may retain operational information. Access is limited through the relevant EPM accounts and service permissions. The current workflow does not promise a fixed automatic deletion period. EPM retains records needed for operation, troubleshooting and prevention of duplicate actions, and reviews deletion requests received at the contact below. Revoking Google access prevents future authorized access but does not automatically erase prior workflow logs, backups or photos already published on Google.

To request review or deletion of retained application data, contact info@elitepavementmaintenance.com. EPM may need to verify the requester's authority over the relevant business account before acting.
